Cancel Sentanta Subscription E-mail Address
Thank you everyone for all your commments about Setanta - it seems that I’m definitely not alone in my pain and grief.
“Linda” has just commented on my Setanta Sports Phone Number post, which now has 20 comments from disgruntled Setanta customers - who are at varying stages of desperately trying to become ex-customers.
Here’s what Linda says - and she has a very useful e-mail address for us… Hurrah!
Ive just phoned the number and of course was put into a queue to hold for cancellations (says a lot in itself having to queue)! However, after 20 minutes of chamber music dirling in my lughole, I’d had enough.
Phoned the 0191 number which has now been disconnected. So back to the 0871 number, and before they got a chance to put me into the queue again, I demanded to be unsubscribed there and then.
‘Can’t do that’ - OK says I, how do I cancel without spending a fortune hanging on and listening to dire music?
So the nice lady gave me the email address - requests@setanta.com.
In the subject heading of the email put CANCELLATION, then list your account number, name and address, and finally the reason why you want to leave Setanta. Just done it but not holding my breath. Next step will be to cancel my direct debit to them if I get no satisfaction.

i managed to cancel my subscription tonight by loging on to http://www.satanta.com/cancel hopefully i will recieve a e mail tomorrow and they should take 1 more payment i will let you all know if it works

i am furious i chave cancelled my setanta six months ago and still they keep taking payments what can i do please someone tell me
